THE Chocolate Lava Cake that will make everybody melt

THE Chocolate Lava Cake that will make everybody melt

Attention please! The recipe that follows is from the famous Parisian pastry chef Conticini, and can certainly be considered Pornfood. 4 minutes of preparation, 8-10 minutes of cooking (depending on your oven), and 10 minutes of waiting for the molten cake (aka "mi-cuit au chocolat" in French) to cool down: this recipe is a must-have for sophisticated dinners or kids' parties. I highly recommend serving it with a fruit coulis like mango or raspberry, and/or a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a salted butter caramel sauce.

Here's the recipe for 6 molten hearts:

- 100g of 70% dark chocolate

- 120g of butter

- 2 eggs

- 80g of sugar

- 60g of flour

- A good pinch of salt (preferably French "fleur de sel")

Melt the chocolate with the butter, add the sugar, salt, eggs, and mix well. Finally, add the flour and mix again. Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes.

Bon appétit!
