Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is applied to orders of $200 or more before tax. 

We use DHL/UPS/ Fedex/ USPS, all tracked, dispatched, from Cape Cod, Massachusets, and packaged with care.

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way. 

9 Rue Clementine is only authorized to collect and remit sales tax in and for the State of Massachusetts.

We do not offer International shipping due to the shipping costs and custom requirements.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please note that our antique dinnerware, including plates, glasses, and other breakable items such as tureens and gravy boats, cannot be returned. However, feel free to ask any questions and request additional photos or videos before placing your order. While our products are typically in good rustic and vintage condition, they may have minor flaws due to their age.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at 9rueclementine@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
