Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at 9 Rue Clémentine.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible at 9.rue.clementine@gmail.com to obtain a return authorisation number. No goods will be accepted without this number.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition they were received.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the cost of the goods only (excluding the original shipping cost).

Please note that our antique and vintage dinnerware, including plates, glasses, and other fragile items such as tureens and gravy boats, cannot be returned. You’re welcome to request additional photos or videos before placing your order. While our products are typically in good rustic and vintage condition, they may show minor flaws due to their age.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
